The 2005 Battle of the College Bands was the largest
event of its kind ever. 68 college bands competing for a
grand prize of $3,000.
The 2006 Battle of the College Bands is
going to be even bigger. 192 college bands
competing in 8 qualifying rounds for a grand
prize of $7,500

In 2005 the bands came to the competition. In 2006, Lucideye
Productions, is taking the competition to the bands. The
qualifying rounds will take place in 8 different cities on 8
different college campuses in 5 states around the southeast.
